About Michelle Puckett
You shouldn’t have to perform to get the support you need.
For over two decades, I have worked alongside neurodivergent and physiodivergent individuals who were tired of navigating systems that weren't built for them. I founded Candid Conversations to remove the physical and emotional barriers that stand between you and your well-being.
I’ve seen how much energy it takes just to get to a traditional office, the traffic, the parking, and the sensory overwhelm of a waiting room. I’ve also seen the need for a private space to recover after an intense session, without having to immediately face the public.
My approach is built on the belief that your environment is a partner in your healing. Whether we are walking a local trail at PKOLS or sitting in the safety of your living room, we meet where you feel most like yourself.
